What We Say:
Simple, elegant, one page job board that makes it easy to look for "green" jobs. Treehugger Jobs doesn't usually have a LOT of jobs posted...typically 200 or less. But the jobs they post are genuinely green, and this site is an essential daily stop if you're hunting for a green gig.
You can search across 3 simple criteria, as follows:
1. Job Function (management, sales, writing, etc.)
2. Location (Washington, NY, San Francisco, LA, etc.)
3. Experience Level (Internship, Entry Level, Mid Level, Senior Level, etc.)
It's powered by JobThread, so in a sense it's not a job borad in its own right, but merely an affiliate of a conventional job posting network, albeit showing only the "green" jobs from JobThread.
Note, however, that most (or at least many) of the jobs are with non-profits or small start-ups. Meaning that TH Jobs hasn't yet rreally penetrated the larger corporate world. e.g. none of the "bigger" sustainability jobs with large power utilities, Fortune 1000 companies, local/state/federal government, United Nations, etc.
POSTING A JOB is free (for 30 days) if you just want to reach the TH audience. Or, if you post to the JobThread Green Network, your open position is carried across a network of Green/Sustainability sites, including GreenBiz, Grist, GenGreen, Cleantech.org, etc. For this you pay $0.49 for each "matching view", meaning every time someone finds/reads your post. This is a similar model to Monster.com, but at a much more reasonable cost.

Worth Knowing
Job Alerts
Will automatically email you when relevant jobs are posted.
Parent Company
Discovery Communications, who purchased TreeHugger.com for approx. $10m.
Pros
Simple, intuitive and free listing for a couple hundred or so green jobs. Treehugger is owned by Discovery Communications, so you know it's a legitimate media company with strong backing.
Cons
Limited number of jobs -- roughly 200 when this review was written. And many of the jobs are unpaid internships or entry level positions with non-profites or web start-ups.
