"Returns on canned products, such as Velvit Oil, Paint, OSMO, etc., are subject to a case-by-case judgment and in general are returnable only in cases of product malfunction. These products are sensitive to storage conditions as well as exposure to air and heat/cold, and therefore we cannot offer returns on these products unless the product itelf fails to meet product specifications, or at manager's discretion."
