"If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territory or FPO, your order will be shipped US Priority Mail and your shipping charge is the actual insured Priority Mail cost, based upon the weight of the goods being shipped, plus $7.00 for handling." International shipping costs vary and include a $7 handling fee.
