All orders are shipped via Standard Ground Shipping. Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, and will arrive 5 to 9 business days from the date they were shipped, except for special orders and some items of furniture. Allow 10 to 12 weeks for shipping.

You may return non-sale merchandise with an original receipt up to 30 days from the purchase date for store credit (less shipping costs and overweight surcharges). All jewelry, sale and special order purchases are final; no refunds or credits are available. All returns may be made via mail. Shipping charges will apply to mail-in exchanges. To make a return or exchange, please complete and return the duplicate copy of your packing slip along with your merchandise.
